Noam Katz is a Co-Founder and President of Agile Capital Partners. Mr. Katz has over ten years of experience in commercial real estate capital markets. With experience in unique structuring, he has participated in a wide variety of non-conforming real estate transactions across all major asset classes. Noam Katz facilitated the first securitization of a purpose-built Co-Living asset and helped define valuation methodology for Co-Living. He was formerly a member of the Capital Markets Team at GFI Capital Resources Group and Eastern Union. Noam Katz holds a BA from New York University’s Gallatin School with a concentration in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship.

Aaron Kerben is Chief Operating Officer at Agile Capital Partners. Aaron brings nine years of operations, strategy, and marketing experience across a wide-breadth of industries to ACP. Formerly a project manager at ASO, Aaron was responsible for the rollout of their consumer dental discount program. In his first year at ASO, Aaron acquired eighty thousand new members for the program.

Michael Rothstein is a Vice President at Agile Capital Partners and is responsible for managing underwriting and deal execution. Michael began his career at Tryko Partners where he quickly grew to lead the underwriting and analysis of Multifamily Real Estate Investments. Michael is an expert in financial modeling and real estate finance throughout the capital stack. Michael holds an MBA from Rutgers University Business School with a concentration in Finance.

John McClatchy is Managing Director-Equity Capital Markets at Agile Capital Partners and brings seventeen years of institutional real estate investment, acquisitions, brokerage management and structured finance experience to the company. Working in-house and on behalf of 3rd party clients John has established equity investment and debt warehouse facilities for multi-year strategies, and raised equity and construction debt for development projects exceeding one billion dollars nationally. Formerly, John was Director-Investments at Honkgun USA, an institutional development group in New York, and Director for SCI Real Estate Investments, a TIC/1031 exchange company in Los Angeles.
